Website terms of use and a summary of how pilots are contracted. The full pilot agreement is provided with each quote. Tempa is a trading name of MOTOPA LTD (company no. 17396753), registered in England and Wales at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

The information on this website describes a product at pilot stage. Figures labelled as estimates or examples are modelled and are not guarantees of results. Nothing here is an offer; pilots and subscriptions are agreed in writing.
Pilots and subscriptions (summary)
- Hardware is provided as part of the subscription and remains Tempa’s property unless the agreement says otherwise; faulty units are replaced.
- A pilot runs for an agreed period with an agreed success test. At the end it rolls into a subscription or the hardware is returned.
- Subscriptions are for a 12-month term and can be cancelled after the term.
- Tempa provides monitoring, alerting and reporting. It does not replace your legal duties for food safety, medicines storage or building safety, and the current product does not control equipment.
- Your data is yours. You can export it at any time and request deletion at the end of the contract.
